You may not use the service to send spam, illegal, abusive, discriminatory, or deceptive content; impersonate others; violate Meta/Instagram policies; collect sensitive data without lawful basis; or harass users.

5. Instagram and Meta compliance

Use of the service must comply with Meta Platform Terms, Instagram terms, and applicable messaging policies. You are responsible for content sent from your connected Instagram account.

6. AI-generated content

AI-generated replies may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable in specific contexts. You are responsible for configuring assistant prompts and monitoring conversations. The service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

7. Human takeover and business responsibility

Clients should monitor active conversations and take over when needed. The service may provide controls to pause automation or manage conversation flow.

8. Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Changes in third-party systems, including Meta/Instagram APIs, may affect functionality.

9. Fees and billing

Fees, plans, or custom commercial terms may be provided separately through subscription terms, invoices, or written agreements.

11. Suspension or termination
